How to Join
Option 1 - Take a Supervised Test
Tests are designed for prospects age 14 and over and are administered by appointment only. For those for whom English is not the primary language, a Culture Free Test may be available.
Testing takes about 2 hours and must be prepaid. Prepay here, and our local testing coordinator will contact you about scheduling a testing date or attending a prescheduled test. For more information about local testing & scheduling, contact our testing coordinator. |
Option 2 - Submit Prior EvidenceSubmit prior evidence with a test score in the top 2% on any of several standardized tests. Many public and private schools administer tests which are acceptable for admission. Qualifying test scores should be sent to the National Office with a $60 non-refundable evaluation fee. Want to get an idea of how you'd score before you take the real test? Try the Mensa Workout, a 30 minute sample test. The online Mensa Practice Test is a fun way to discover if you are Mensa material. As another option, try the Mensa Practice Test. While this 30-minute test will not qualify you for membership, it does offer an equivalent score that correlates to your IQ range and provides a strong indication of your likelihood for success should you choose to take our admission test. |
